The WNY Listening Post pipeline returned no audio segments for this morning’s edition. Across all monitored systems — municipal police and fire, Erie and Niagara County dispatch, BNIA airport ops, hotel shuttles, freight rail, and the trunk-radio business channels — the recorders captured nothing usable in the sixteen-hour window. That can happen when an SDR drops a feed, when ProScan loses its squelch lock overnight, or when conditions are genuinely that quiet on a Sunday-to-Monday rollover; the export itself reports zero segments and zero active systems.

Because nothing was captured, there is no Tier Alpha sweep, no Tier 1 property activity, no Around the Neighborhood, no Overheard, and no Regional Blotter to report. Today’s sixteen-hour window — Sunday afternoon through Monday daybreak — produced zero scanner segments across every monitored system. That is unusual: even slow overnights normally surface a handful of EMS pages or a stray BNIA ramp call.

With no transcripts to read, there are no headlines to write. The most likely explanation is a pipeline interruption rather than a regionwide quiet spell, and the recording stack is worth a glance before the P.M. run.
